Before he detonates a bomb within the base, Ambassador Hell tells Kamen Rider 1 and Taki that Shocker is preparing a giant laser capable of destroying cities. The Crisis Empire devises a plan to defeat Kotaro Minami by reverting him back to his old form of Kamen Rider Black and sending out several revived monsters after him. Doctors Kazamatsuri and Onizuka are geneticists researching cures on diseases such as AIDS and cancer by performing experiments to strengthen the human body. The test subject is Shin Kazamatsuri, the motorcycle racer son of Doctor Kazamatsuri. Unknown to them, their operation is funded by a syndicate group, who plan to use this research to have the bodies of men strengthened for their own gain—they have already been experimenting in the field of cyborg soldiers, to a less-than-successful attempt. However, they did not count on Onizuka's own secret ambitions; the mad Onizuka wanted to create a new species, by fusing a grasshopper's DNA with the test subject's, in order to start a new civilization and be their god. He has tested on himself, but seems to be having greater success with Shin. Meanwhile, a murderous creature is stalking the city, while Shin dreams of it. While he believes he is the one causing the murders, he eventually finds out Onizuka's plan and discovers that it's Onizuka who has been behind the killings. Onizuka has experimented on himself and altered his genes, making him a humanoid grasshopper; the telepathy of grasshoppers allowed him to communicate with Shin, resulting in his witnessing the murders. The syndicate learns of Onizuka's plans and have him institutionalized. As if the syndicate were not enough, a CIA agent tracks Shin and wants him eliminated, for he doesn't know the true threat he could pose. The repulsed Shin digs to find out all he can about the experiment he foolishly volunteered to be a part of, which is now altering his body and putting him and his loved ones in danger.

This television special is an alternate telling of the Kamen Rider Ryuki story. Shinji Kidou's life, working as an employee at ORE Journal, takes a sharp turn after being pulled into the Mirror World by a Mispider. Luckily, he was saved by a Kamen Rider, Ryuki (Kōichi Sakakibara). However, Sakakibara could no longer go on due to the harshness of his injuries and passed his Card Deck to Shinji, allowing him to become the next Ryuki to survive and defeat the monster. After meeting with Yui Kanzaki and Ren Akiyama (Kamen Rider Knight), Shinji learns about the conditions of the Rider War, as well as of the other Riders participating. Unable to allow such a game of death to exist like his Rider predecessor, Shinji sets out to convince all the Riders to end the senseless fighting and put an end to the War. His pleas fall upon deaf ears as just about every other Rider (except for the already-defeated Riders Raia and Scissors) sets out to hunt down Shinji and his eventual reluctant ally, Ren. Eventually, Shinji's deck is destroyed and Ren is critically injured, passing on the deck for Kamen Rider Knight to Shinji. The special has two different endings which were voted on by the viewers via phone at the time of the initial airing: the voted-for-air ending (in which Shinji faces the surviving Riders on his own) and the alternate ending (a resetting of the Rider War).

This is an alternate ending of the series. Shiro Kanzaki tells the war between Riders will be end in three days and all riders who is just six remaining which is Ryuki (Shinji Kido),Knight (Ren Akiyama),Zolda (Shuichi Kitaoka),Ouja (Takeshi Asakura), the only female rider Femme (Miho Kirishima), and also a mysteious rider (Ryuga). The film Kamen Rider Decade The Movie: All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker (劇場版 仮面ライダーディケイド オールライダー対大ショッカー Gekijōban Kamen Raidā Dikeido: Ōru Raidā tai Daishokkā?) opened in Japanese theaters on August 8, 2009, double-booked with the Shinkenger film. A mysterious Dopant only known as the Donburi Dopant appears. Philip discovers that the only way to defeat it is to find out what kind of donburi meal it is filled with. The Narumi Detective Agency cook different original donburi meals with Philip being the judge of the contest to discover what is inside the Dopant. The donburi filling is eventually identified as oyakodon, thus making Shotaro the contest’s winner and identifying the Dopant as the Oyakodon Dopant.

Like the first two Movie War films, Movie War Ultimatum is split into three parts. The first part is the Kamen Rider Fourze's place five years after the events of the series. Gentaro is now a teacher at Amanogawa High as well as the Space Kamen Rider Club's new academic advisor. The rest of the original Kamen Rider Club members went their separate ways: Yuki becoming an astronaut, Kengo becoming a graduate student at Kyoto Space University to research Cosmic Energy like his father, Miu becoming a model, Shun becoming a professional football player, JK working for a magazine, Tomoko as a novelist, and Ryusei becoming an Interpol agent with Inga Blink. However, a new school club called the Monster League, comprised by a group of psychic children led by Saburo Kazeta who becomes a mutant known as Sanagiman, threatens the school. The Monster League, in turn, is supported by a mysterious man named Kageto Banba who possesses a Zodiarts Switch. The second part is Kamen Rider Wizard's portion, where Haruto enters the Underworld of an unknown Gate to investigate the mysterious occurrings of monster appearances. He then runs into a young woman named Yu Kamimura who can become Belle Mask Poitrine and can use magic like him. The third and final part of the film is Movie War Ultimatum. The three Akumaizer from the Underworld to plan to invade the land of the living by using a Monster Army. Kamen Riders Wizard and Fourze, along with the help of Kamen Riders Meteor, Nadeshiko, OOO, Birth, Double, and Accel, must fight to stop the Akumaizer and their Monster Army.

Kamen Rider Gaim: Sengoku Battle Royale A battle royale is being held exclusively for the Armored Riders in Zawame City. Kamen Riders Gaim, Baron, Ryugen, Kurokage, and Gridon decide to enter the competition. While fighting, a crack opens in the sky and the Nepenthes Inhumanoid pour out from it. The monster soon returns to the crack, with the Riders giving chase. Soon, they find themselves in a Warring States Period-esque world where the Kamen Riders are called Bujin ("Warrior Gods") and are fighting each other. The confused Kamen Rider Gaim then gets attacked by the strongest Bujin, named Bujin Gaim (lit. "Warrior God Armored Warrior"). Sengoku Movie Battle Kamen Riders Wizard and Beast join Kamen Rider Gaim in the alternate world to stop Kamen Rider Bujin Gaim from acquiring the "ultimate power" he seeks, and fight an army of monsters created by the big tree.

At the Genm Corp office, Kuroto Dan was shown. He calls Poppi Pipopapo and tells her to record Emu's specs for later use. On his table, there are 9 prototype Gashats (Taddle Quest, Bang Bang Shooting, Bakusou Bike, Gekitotsu Robots, DoReMiFa Beat, Jet Combat, Giri Giri Chambara, Shakariki Sports & Drago Knight Hunter Z). After a point of time, Emu and Poppi Pipopapo went in the CR patient room. Poppi Pipopapo then brings out a VR device designed by Dan and asks Emu to wear it in order to simulate Mighty Action X. Since Emu is totally clueless about what to do, Poppi Pipopapo 'helps' him to start the simulation by knocking him out. In Mighty Action X, Emu faced with a normal Bugster Virus. There, Poppi Pipopapo instructs Emu to transform into Ex-Aid Level 1 and Level 2 and also to activate his Critical Strike finisher using the Kimewaza Slot Holder. After Emu clears the simulation, Poppi Pipopapo bid him goodbye without explaining the reason. Emu tries to chase her, but stumbles from the bed. He was later seen pondering the reason why Poppi Pipopapo is doing this while in pain.

Kuroto Dan visits CR and found that no one is there, even Poppi Pipopapo. When he wonders if he came too early, Taiga already points his finger behind him. This surprises Dan a bit. When he asked how could Taiga come inside CR, the latter boasted about his previous job as a CR doctor and that he remembers the code as well. Taiga wonders if Dan brought the VR with him again, which he did. Dan says that he wants to record Emu's specs using the VR again for a tune up, but Taiga has already confiscated Emu's Mighty Action X Gashat beforehands. Dan feels disappointed and prepares to leave. But Taiga suddenly says that he knew that the prototype Gashats were the trinkets that began Zeroday and threatens Dan to expose the news to the public if he refused to cooperate. Leaving Dan with no other choice, Dan finally agrees to let Taiga use the VR once to simulate Bang Bang Shooting. In Bang Bang Shooting, Dan instructs Taiga to transform into Snipe Level 1 and Level 2 (even though Taiga decided to use his style of transforming). He also activates his Critical Strike finisher using the Kimewaza Slot Holder. After Taiga clears the simulation, he requested Dan to send the data to him. Before he left, Taiga says that he's ready for another rematch with Emu and asked Dan to relay this message to Emu if Dan were about to meet him.

Kuroto Dan visits CR again, only to be confronted by a frustrated Hiiro in front of the lift. Hiiro is still sulking because he lost to Genm twice and demands Dan to simulate him using the VR. Dan explains that Genm is using Proto Mighty Action X Gashat, which basically had the same perimeter with Ex-Aid and that someone stole it on Zero Day. Knowing this, Hiiro become more flustered and demands Dan to simulate him right now. Dan finally agrees to simulate Taddle Quest for him. In Taddle Quest, instead of the Bugster Virus, Genm Level 2 appeared. Dan instructs Hiiro to transform into Brave Level 1 and Level 2. He also activates his Critical Strike finisher using the Kimewaza Slot Holder. After Hiiro cleared the situation, He did not feel that satisfied because he knows that the real Genm is not that weak. To evade further questions, Dan decides to leave for checking the new Gashats. When Hiiro check the screen, it's shown that Dan set the difficulty level to Easy, which confused Hiiro.

During the late night at Seito Hospital, Kiriya laid on the patient bed, still unconscious and recovering his injuries after taking brutal attacks from Genm earlier. Unknown to him, Dan comes to Kiriya's room and secretly put the VR to his head. Dan then took his Bakusou Bike Gashat and installed it on the simulation. Dan announced 'Game Start' along with the system, thus starting the simulation. In Bakusou Bike, Kiriya wakes up, already holding his Bakusou Bike Gashat and his Gamer Driver. Genm appeared and ordered him to transform in order to collect his spec data. Kiriya was shocked and quickly knows Genm's true identity (or presumably he knows that). Nevertheless, Kiriya transformed into Kamen Rider Lazer Level 1. However, before he is about to do anything, Genm had already took control over his body for unknown reasons and prompts him to transform into Level 2. Genm then sits on Lazer, pulling the Bakusou Bike Gashat out of his Driver and inserted it to his Kimewaza Slot Holder. He pressed the holder switch once before he moved away from Lazer, causing him to panic. Genm then presses the switch once again, activating Bakusou Critical Strike. This causes Lazer to accelerate uncontrollably and hit a wall afterwards, effectively finishing the simulation. Before Dan left, he threatens Kiriya to not to expose his true identity to everyone and also that he didn't want to see his face ever again. Kiriya ended up having a bad nightmare and trembled in fear.

One day late at night, Kuroto Dan was alone in his office. He then decided to use the VR on himself to simulate his own Proto Mighty Action X Gashat. At Proto Mighty Action X, Dan faces Graphite who sneaks in the VR. When asked why, Graphite simply said that he needed to test his competence, too. Dan then transforms into Genm Level 1 and directly goes to Level 2. He also activates his Critical Strike finisher using the Kimewaza Slot Holder and cleared the simulation by beating Graphite. After the simulation ends, Dan laughed madly and say that no one will interfere with his way. He also states that he had the greatest game on hand. The chapter closed as he held his Proto Mighty Action X Gashat in front of the Mighty Action X banner.

Outside, a book stand selling copies of Kotarō's book is seen. Inside, an office worker (Natsumi Miwa) is refused a promotion by her boss and resigns. Later, while out walking, Natsumi is attacked by the Peacock Undead. Meanwhile, a mysterious figure watches the assault and starts to approach as the words "to be continued" flash across the screen.

At a resturant, a waiter (Shin Magaki) confronts a loud group of patrons and is fired. Later, while out walking, he bumps into a fleeing Natsumi, and both start running from the Undead. The mysterious figure continues following the group as the words "to be continued" flash across the screen.

Natsumi and Shin continue running from the Undead. Natsumi finds a steel pipe and tries to get Shin to cover her escape (claiming that men are supposed to protect women). This fails and the Undead continues chasing them until an explosion destroys it. The mysterious figure approaches them (no longer hiding) and throws them both Change Kerberos Rouze Cards. He then returns to human form as the words "to be continued" flash across the screen.

Junichi offers them both to be Kamen Riders. He also explains that the incident with the Undead ended once, but the power of the Kamen Riders is needed again. Natsumi and Shin refuse and give back the cards. Junichi says to himself that they will return, and that it is their fate is to become Riders. Behind Junichi is Kazuma Kenzaki, who becomes a garbageman. Natsumi and Shin walk away (with images of their rider forms being shown) as the words "to be continued" flash across the screen.

Eiji Tomari tries to record a warning message to people who live in 2015, but he encounters a trio of Roidmudes, who lure him out of his hiding place. As numerous Roidmudes attack the soldiers, a video message from Krim Steinbelt is broadcast. Krim reveals that the Drive System was by no means heroic; merely a pawn in allowing him to achieve his true ambition. As the Krim Steinbelt of 2035 and Dark Drive stand alongside the Roidmudes, the Krim in the video announces to the world, "Good luck."

While finding a hiding place, Eiji was called by his colleague to jump to 2015 to prevent a dystopian timeline from happening in their time, using a time machine together but warns to hurry up as it won't last much longer. Elsewhere in a futuristic hidden Drive Pit, Dark Drive views in the present of 2015 that Shinnosuke is weakened due to Banno's betrayal and had Krim kidnapped by Roidmude 004 for Banno's evil plan. This movie is an alternate ending to the series, taking place after the events of episode 44. With only six Riders remaining in the Rider War, Shirō Kanzaki feels that time is running short.

Taking place after the events of series, the Tarōs and Kohana go out of the DenLiner for a day to visit Ryotaro and Airi. However, they see the mysterious Ghost Train that has been mentioned in urban legends as Momotaros and gang are then attacked by two evil Imagin and Kamen Rider Yuuki Skull Form. During the fight, it is revealed to the Tarōs that Yuuki is none other than Ryotaro possessed by an evil Imagin.

As shown in episode 27, Ryotaro pursues the Molech Imagin to May 8, 2000. Though Den-O Sword Form destroys the Molech Imagin, the Imagin fulfilled his mission as the DenLiner ends up hijacked by the rest of the Imagin led by a rogue Kamen Rider named Kamen Rider Gaoh. After stealing Owner's Master Pass and trapping Urataros and Kintaros, Gaoh forces the DenLiner to travel back in time via "God's Line" to the Edo Period of Japan so he can retrieve the legendary God's Train, the Gaoh-Liner.

The full moon appears in the night sky and Poppingummy suddenly turned into a ghost, striking terror in Peach-flavored Poppingummy. Peach-flavored Poppingummy runs away but zombie-like Chocozons emerge from the ground. A Chocozon attacks Peach-flavored Poppingummy and turns it into another ghost-like Poppingummy Gochizo. Poppingummy, now a ghost, uses a wand to cast a pumpkin carriage and rides off into the night sky together with Peach-flavored Poppingummy.
